Standard Delivery Window anytime between the hours of 9am-2pm local time.

Delivery address is subject to approval. If there are any problems with the address, we will reach out to the customer with a full refund within 1 hour.

Please note that delivery is unavailable to the following areas:

Crime Hot Spots, Remote Areas including but not limited to Toco, Mayaro, Rio Claro, Point Fortin, La Brea, Cedros, Manzanilla, Icacos.

Same Day Orders

Orders must be received before 9:00am to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day or call us first in emergencies, if the order can be facilitated, we will make every effort to do so. 868-298-0889 (WhatsApp messaging is available on this number).

Priority Delivery

Priority delivery is offered at a cost of $250.00.

Customer specifies delivery time, last minute deliveries can be facilitated under Priority Delivery.  This must be approved by the shop dispatch before paying for this service.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color. As far as possible, we will try to get in touch with the customer before substitutions are made.
