Note for Valentine’s Orders
For the period February 7th – 16th, 2025. Only orders from the category “Valentine’s Day” will be accepted. The exception to this will be wreaths for funerals.
Same day orders will not be accepted on Friday 14th February. Updates will be posted on this site and all social media.
Standard delivery is offered at a fixed cost of $100.00.
Standard Delivery Window anytime between the hours 8am-4pm. Every effort is made to deliver orders before noon but the only guarantee for specific time delivery is Priority.
Delivery address is subject to approval. If there are any problems with the address, we will reach out to the customer with a full refund within 1 hour.
Please note that delivery is unavailable to the following areas:
Crime Hot Spots, Remote Areas including but not limited to Toco, Mayaro, Rio Claro, Point Fortin, La Brea, Cedros, Manzanilla, Icacos.
Same Day Orders
Orders must be received before 8:00am to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day or call us first in emergencies, if the order can be facilitated, we will make every effort to do so. 868-298-0889 (WhatsApp messaging is available on this number at anytime).
Priority Delivery
Priority delivery is offered at a cost of $250.00.
Customer specifies delivery time, last minute deliveries can be facilitated under Priority Delivery. This must be approved by the shop dispatch before paying for this service.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color. As far as possible, we will try to get in touch with the customer before substitutions are made. If there is something you must have in a design and it’s a deal breaker for you, put it in the notes, we will cancel and refund if your requirement cannot be facilitated.
Vase styles, wrap color will be used according to availability. It will always be suitable for the style you chose. Wrapping paper will be used to coordinate with the flower colors. Again, if you know for instance, it must be wrapped in black wrap, please indicate that in the notes of the order. We are here to give you exactly what you need as far as possible.
